Kindly note that the stay at the Inland Sea beach is for a limited time in this package and therefore you would not be able to swim in the sea. Explore the other packages to suit your needs in case you wish to swim.

The experience is subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled if the weather conditions are unfavourable.

Booking is only confirmed if the payment is made in advance. For group bookings, please reach out to our customer service to find a suitable discount for your group. 1 pax = 1 Adult or Child on seat

Each car takes 6 pax, it is recommended to have 4 pax per car for a comfortable experience.

Flexible Timing

At Experience Qatar, we understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation and Refund policy:

Cancellation 10+ days before service date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.

• Cancellation 4-9 days before service date: 75% refund.

• Cancellation 2-4 days before service date: 50% refund.

• Cancellation Less than 48 hours before service date: No refund

All bookings are non-transferable and subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of confirmation.

Where applicable, refunds shall be limited to the actual amount received by Experience Tours and Events Services W.L.L. from the relevant third-party service provider. No additional compensation, reimbursement, or claims shall be applicable beyond this amount.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment or, where appropriate, an alternative method determined at the sole discretion of the Company. The chosen refund method will be applied based on operational feasibility and in accordance with internal company procedures.

Upon receipt and confirmation of a valid cancellation request, eligible refunds will be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days. While the Company aims to ensure timely processing, it shall not be held liable for any delays or discrepancies caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or other external service providers.
